Website maintenance covers everything needed to keep your site secure, fast, and functioning correctly — plugin updates, backups, security scans, uptime monitoring, bug fixes, and content updates. Without it, sites become vulnerable to attacks, slow down over time, and eventually break — often at the worst possible moment.
Our plans start from RM 350/month for small sites, RM 650/month for active business websites, and RM 1,200/month for WooCommerce and high-traffic stores. Ad-hoc fixes are also available if you just need a one-off problem resolved.
If you're on a maintenance plan, we'll respond immediately — clean the malware, restore from backup if needed, identify how the breach happened, and harden the site to prevent it from happening again. If you're not on a plan, we can still help on an ad-hoc basis.
It depends on your plan. Basic Care includes monthly backups, Business Care includes weekly backups, and Store Care includes daily backups. All backups are stored off-site in the cloud — separate from your hosting — so they're safe even if your server has a problem.
Yes. Each plan includes a set number of support hours per month that can be used for content updates, bug fixes, minor design tweaks, or any other technical task on your site. Unused hours do not carry over, so we recommend being proactive with your requests.
No. Our maintenance plans are billed monthly with no minimum lock-in period. You can cancel anytime. We believe the quality of our work should keep you around — not a contract.
WooCommerce maintenance includes all the regular WordPress maintenance tasks plus store-specific checks — payment gateway functionality, product page display, checkout flow, order notifications, and stock management. Our Store Care plan is designed specifically for WooCommerce stores that can't afford unexpected downtime.
Yes. For updates that might cause brief downtime, we can schedule work during off-peak hours — late night or early morning — to minimise disruption to your visitors. Just let us know your preference when you sign up.
